Casa Sam, at El Batey 10 in Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic, is a modern six-bedroom villa with an 18-meter pool, a jacuzzi and two full kitchens. It has six bathrooms, sleeps up to 12 guests and is listed with beach access.
All six bedrooms are en-suite. The master suite has a private balcony overlooking the pool.
The open-plan living areas run out to the terrace, and smart home controls handle lighting, temperature and entertainment.
