The main living area feels open and lifted, turned to the pool and the palms. A large TV den holds a 70-inch smart TV, streaming and an oversized lounge bed for downtime after the beach, and smart TVs run in the living area, the den and three of the bedrooms. Drinking water is carried through a three-stage UV filtration system.

The outdoor space off the living area is the heart of the villa: covered dining for twelve, a gas grill, and a granite counter with a pass-through to the kitchen. The pool patio, set high in the palms, holds a plunge pool, several seating areas and shade umbrellas, placed for the sunsets and, later, the stars. There is an adjustable basketball hoop for children, and two golf carts — a four-seater and a six-seater — are included.
