The Beach & Access

Beach setting and access vary by villa. We confirm the exact position, the steps, and whether the beach is swimmable before you book. Ask us and we'll tell you precisely.

Destination Profile

Cozumel

Cozumel is an island off the Riviera Maya coast, reached by a 45-minute ferry from Playa del Carmen or a direct flight into Cozumel airport. It is best known for the Mesoamerican reef — some of the finest diving and snorkeling in the Caribbean — and for oceanfront homes on the calm, leeward west side of the island. Our villas here are largely oceanfront or ocean-view, with private pools, staff, and easy access to dive operators, beach clubs, and town. Shoreline varies between sand and natural ironshore, so swimming and beach entry differ by property — we confirm water access and reef conditions for each home before booking.

Country Mexico

Airport Approximately 15 to 20 minutes from Cozumel International Airport; the ferry from Playa del Carmen takes about 45 minutes plus transfer time

Beach Beachfront, directly on the sand

Climate Tropical climate with warm temperatures year-round and a hurricane season from June to November.

How many guests does Casa Gordon sleep?

Casa Gordon sleeps up to 20 guests across 7 bedrooms, with 7.5 bathrooms. What a group can comfortably use depends on the room-by-room configuration rather than the bedroom count alone, so we confirm the layout against your party before you book.

Where is Casa Gordon located?

Casa Gordon is in Cozumel. We can confirm drive times from the airport and what is within reach on foot before you commit to the location.

Is Casa Gordon really beachfront?

Yes. Casa Gordon sits directly on the sand with its own access to the beach, with no road or path in between.

How much does Casa Gordon cost, and how do we book?

Rates are quoted per stay rather than published as a single number, because they move with the season, the length of stay and the size of the group, and taxes and fees vary by destination. Send your dates and we confirm availability and the rate with the owner before anything is charged.
