Casa Escondida sits in Los Ranchos Estates, inside the gated Punta Mita community, with direct access to its own white-sand beach. The three-tiered infinity pool and hot tub, heated as part of the stay, step down toward the water, and a swinging daybed hangs under a palapa in tropical gardens. There is a private rooftop terrace, a beach volleyball area, a fire pit near the sand, a stone pizza oven, a gas grill and an outdoor drink station with bar seating for four.

The bedrooms mix king beds, a queen, a room with two full-size beds and one suite with a king-size suspended swaying bed. Air conditioning runs in every suite, and the house has ceiling fans, Sonos sound and high-speed Wi-Fi. It is laid out over two levels. Listings disagree on size: some show five bedrooms for 10 guests, while the manager lists six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms for 12, so we confirm the current setup before you book.

A private chef works from 8 AM to 5 PM; food and beverages are not included in the rate. Daily housekeeping runs from 9 AM to 4 PM, laundry covers swimwear, towels and linens, and a concierge is on site around the clock. The stay includes a Sport Membership giving access to Punta Mita’s beach clubs, fitness center, tennis and pickleball, with club reservations subject to availability and fees in some cases.
