This is the Punta Cana stay for people who want the beach and the town, not a gated estate. The condo sits behind a private gate right on Bávaro Beach, two beach clubs are a few steps away, and Los Corales’ restaurants, cafés and bars are a short walk.

The apartment was refreshed in spring 2024 with new furniture, appliances and paint. Living, dining and the kitchen share one open floor with sea views, and an outdoor staircase leads up to the rooftop for sunbathing and dinner.

It is a practical choice for a group on a sensible budget: four of the five bedrooms share two bathrooms, there is no pool, and the building has stairs and no elevator.
