Daily chef, waiter, concierge, and housekeeping service are included (chef and waiter service run 8 hours a day, 5 days a week; housekeeping runs 6 days a week with two housekeepers); grocery costs are billed separately with a 25% shopping fee. A two-hour private boat tour is included once per stay, and use of the property's pick-up truck is available for up to 4 guests. Butler service, grocery prestocking, and water sports can be arranged for an additional cost.
