The Beach House is an eight-bedroom villa on one beachfront acre at Meads Bay, on Anguilla’s west end, close to beach restaurants and an 18-hole golf course.

It is fully staffed, with chefs, butlers, housekeepers, security and groundskeepers, and built for big groups: a 44-foot infinity pool and outdoor jacuzzi, a tennis court, a large gym, a home theatre, a games room and a children’s play area.

A 44-foot infinity pool, an outdoor jacuzzi and a 12-foot waterfall sit above the sand of Meads Bay, with more than a dozen decks and lounge areas, outdoor dining, a built-in BBQ and outdoor kitchen, a tennis court and a children’s play area.

Eight bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and ocean views, including a private apartment with a master king bedroom whose bathroom has a tub, a shower and an outdoor shower. Several bathrooms have sunken jetted tubs and outdoor showers.
