00 — Overview

Sandcastle is a family-owned beachfront estate on Limestone Bay, on Anguilla’s quiet West End, made up of two houses about 100 feet apart: Sandcastle Villa (5 bedrooms, sleeps 12) and the Beach House (4 bedrooms, sleeps 8). Booked together as the Estate, it gives one group 9 en-suite bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and room for up to 20 guests.

There is nothing between the back gate and the sand: no road, resort or public path. Each house has its own pool, jacuzzi and fully equipped kitchen, so the group can spread out and still meet on the beach, around the fire pit or at the bar and BBQ kitchen.

Daily housekeeping, a 24/7 concierge, a beach attendant and a beach setup with chairs and umbrellas are included. A private chef, grocery pre-stocking, spa treatments and boat charters can be arranged.

Sandcastle Villa has a great room, dining room, chef’s kitchen, bar, a private gym, a Zen Den and a baby grand piano, plus a kids’ lounge with twin beds, Xbox and Apple TV. The Beach House has its own kitchen and living space. Both houses have air conditioning, high-speed fibre Wi-Fi and smart TVs.

Each house has its own pool and jacuzzi. Around them are a garden terrace, outdoor dining with a bar and BBQ kitchen, a beach deck and lounge, a fire pit on the sand, a private beach volleyball court, a children’s playground and beach gear for the group.

Nine en-suite bedrooms across the two houses.

Sandcastle Villa (5 bedrooms, sleeps 12). Upstairs: the Master Suite (king bed, private balcony, outdoor shower and deep soaking tub), the Junior Master Suite (king bed, private balcony with ocean views) and the Family Suite (double king bedding, set up for families). Ground floor: two Oceanfront Guest Rooms, each with a king bed. A ground-floor kids’ lounge has twin beds but no en-suite bathroom.

The Beach House (4 bedrooms, sleeps 8). The Beach King Suite with its own living area, plus three king bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, TV and desk.

The Villa’s three main suites are upstairs, so anyone who needs to avoid stairs should take a ground-floor room or the Beach House.
