Altitude Retreat Estate offers a commanding presence in the exclusive Kadenwood neighborhood of Whistler. This eight-bedroom chalet, which includes a bunk house, sleeps up to 18 guests across nine beds. With direct access to the slopes via groomed trails, a private gondola to Creekside Village, and a complimentary ski shuttle, the estate ensures smooth mountain adventures. Inside, the chalet features a full private gym, sauna, and hot tub, providing ample relaxation and wellness options. The chalet’s interior is a blend of modern comfort and alpine charm, featuring open-plan living spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows that capture the striking mountain views. Seven bedrooms plus a bunk house — five king beds and four queen beds, nine beds in total, sleeping eighteen. Four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms; the two main-floor bedrooms share a powder room and the shower beside the gym on the lower level.
Upper level — three bedrooms, sleeps ten. The master has a king bed, a fireplace, a large TV, mountain views and a 12’ x 15’ walk-in closet, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and a standalone tub. Behind the master is the bunk house: three queen beds, a smart TV, a games table and a balcony. The bunk house is reached through the master bedroom and shares the master’s bathroom, so it suits children or a group happy with that arrangement rather than independent adults. At the far end of the corridor, a second large bedroom has a king bed and its own en-suite.
Main level — two bedrooms, sleeps four. A large bedroom with a king bed, private balcony, office, fireplace, bookshelves and wide view windows, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and closet. Neither has an en-suite. The main floor has a powder room, and the nearest shower is on the lower level beside the gym. A twin bed can be added in the office on request as a private single room, bringing the maximum to nineteen.
Lower level — two bedrooms, sleeps four. Two master bedrooms, each with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The gym and sauna are on this level.
The main-floor garage is currently not in service.
