In these newly-built, cosy villas, Villa Valente I and Villa Valente II, you will find an idyllic atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The complex is great for families, couples and friends. The spacious rooms, luxurious facilities, and the mesmerizing views will have you entirely at ease. The house is located at a scenic part of Paros overlooking the beautiful Aliki village. Hidden for full privacy with an unobstructed panoramic view of the Aegean sea and Antiparos island. The style of the villas is exquisite. The internal and external designed has been constructed to fit in with the carefree surroundings, offered to you. The complex offers two villas, with a shared the pool. There are offered either separately or together, for large parties of families or friends. The facilities offered to you in one villa consist of 3 large double bed, bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms to match. Downstairs, a large open plan lounge dining area is available to you with a fully equipped kitchen. You will also have access to an outdoor dining area, situated on the large terrace, which is accompanied with a barbeque. Outside, you will, of course, be able to chill out by the gorgeous outdoor swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling off from the hot sun. There is also a separate guest room for each villa. The house is fully equipped for preparing breakfast or lunch, there is a dishwasher and washing machine, iron, hairdryer, satellite TV. It is air-conditioned with onsite private parking, wireless internet, bathroom essentials, bedroom comforts, coffee maker and alarm system. We seek to provide our guests with an optimum level of quality, peace of mind and relaxation, in our homes. Total privacy is offered to you during your stay, however, we are available to assist our guests anytime during the day if you so require it. Upon arrival at our villas, there is a welcome pack available for you. It consists of fresh bottled water, homebrewed wine from our local collection, a homemade marmalade, and fresh fruits. When you arrive at the airport or boating port, we will arrange for someone to meet you to bring you to the house if you so need it. We will make sure you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. We will happily provide you with all the ‘inside’ information about the best beaches, restaurants and bars. A map of the island will be freely given to you as well. The villa is located to the North side of Paros. You are a 10-minute drive away from the airport and 5-minute from the picturesque and seaside village called Alyki. The centre of Paros, Paroikia is a 20-minute drive away. Lastly, Naousa, the heart of entertainment is 30-minutes. There are several scenic routes surrounding the complex, perfect for exploration. There are beautiful beaches nearby such as “Faragasâ€, “Piso Alikiâ€, “Agios Nikolaos†etc. Situated around the Island’s beaches are award-winning restaurants cafes and, ouzeri. The house is very close to the main road where public transport will available. We can arrange taxi transport or car rental if you wish.
