Milele Villas Zanzibar offer 2 exclusive villas along the solitary Fukuchani beach, about 15 km south of Nungwi. Off mass tourism and its dynamics each villa features more than 300 m2 of living space, 1800 m2 of private garden and a private pool. With their open design, surrounded by vast tropical gardens, the villas are not just perfect family retreats or weekend getaways, but also ideal venues for any kind of group activities like yoga, team building or any other kind of workshop.

While the guests’ privacy is of highest priority, full catering service is brought right to the doorsteps of these extraordinary villas. This makes Milele Villas Zanzibar an excellent hideaway for honeymooners as well. On request we also arrange wedding receptions and ceremonies on the beach.

Villa Lisa is a large and open African style property nested in about 1800 m2 private garden, providing 350 m2 of living space. Located directly on the beach it offers stunning views over the Indian Ocean. Even without air conditioning – following the ecotourism guidelines – rooms are cool and refreshed by the gentle breeze from the ocean.

The ground floor features one twin and two double bedrooms facing the Indian Ocean. Each is appointed with a ceiling fan and with its own en-suite bathroom. Right in front of the rooms the pool lounge forms a sitting area which invites to relax and have a drink after enjoying the private infinity pool.

The entire first floor forms one vast open space, the African Lounge. It offers various sitting areas, a working space with desk and 2 additional double beds. Also the African lounge has its own en-suite bathroom. From the lounge stairs lead up to the sunset deck where guests can watch the stunning Zanzibar sunsets while enjoying a tropical cocktail.
