Treat yourself and visit this super Luxury chalet located in Val Thorens, the highest-altitude European resort recognized as the best ski resort in France, Europe and the world for the past three years.
A spacious, 1,200 sq m chalet sits at the highest point of Val Thorens. The south terrace overlooks the Glacier de Péclet and Cime de Caron mountain.
The chalet is located in the heart of Val Thorens, where the Grand Rue, or the main street, meets the Rue de Gébroulaz named after the last privately owned glacier in Europe. With Val Thorens being a doorstep ski resort, the nearest slope is only ten metres away from the chalet.
The La Datcha Val Thorens chalet has five suites with two or three rooms each, accommodating up to 15 guests in total. The suites are situated on the upper floors, boasting a spectacular view on the mountain tops. Each room features a balcony facing the south and a bathroom.
The chalet features an activity room for children, an amusement arcade with foosball and sim racing equipment, two cinemas, and a gym.
Those who cannot imagine their lives without golf, even in winter, are welcome to use state-of-the-art TrackMan 4 simulator.
The chalet’s business centre and library will also be at your disposal. Cigar lovers will appreciate the cigar room. Understanding that a good vacation means a large variety of leisure activities, we make meeting your expectations our top priority.
In the spa centre of the La Datcha Val Thorens chalet, you can swim in the pool, relax in a whirlpool tub or visit a sauna. Our beautician and masseur will identify your needs and tailor the procedures accordingly.
Val Thorens is Europe’s highest ski resort that lies at the heart of the Three Valleys, the world’s largest ski area, and offers some 600 km of ski trails, 321 pistes, 169 lifts and 2,100 snow cannons to provide artificial snow cover when the natural snow is scarce. If you are new to skiing, we will be happy to select the best ski instructors who will help you master the essentials of skiing in just a couple of days. If you feel like spending a night out, just let us know, and we will tell you all about Val Thorens’ best clubs, bars and restaurants, and help book the best table.
Sitting at the very heart of the resort, a mere ten meters away from the piste, the chalet of La Datcha Val Thorens offers a picturesque view of the town and the surrounding mountains. In addition to Alpine skiing and snowboarding, in Val Thorens you can enjoy tobogganing and dog sleighing. Do not miss an opportunity to fly over the valley along the 1,300 m long zip line. It is fun, breathtaking and safe.
Val Thorens is the resort that lies farthest away from the surrounding airports. We will be glad to pick you up at the airports of Geneva, Lyon, Chambéry or Grenoble. All you need to do is let us know which airport you arrive at. The trip to the chalet will take from thirty minutes to two and a half hours depending on the airport of your arrival and the traffic. A private driver will be at your disposal twelve hours a day throughout the entire stay.
