Living Spaces: At the heart of Villa Emerald Cay is the majestic great room, spanning over two levels and featuring a stunning water fountain feature. Vaulted 45’ cedar ceilings cover a full chef’s kitchen, living room, and dining area.
The living room in the center of the space is a decadent place to relax and unwind. Throwing open the large doors infuses the entire space with the salty sea breeze, washing over you as you sink into the plush sofas with some good conversation.
Also in the home is an exceptional 3-story library, with an exquisite hardwood spiral staircase leading to a little bar at the top, offering stunning views over Chalk Sound and Silly Creek.
Kitchen and Dining Room: The chef’s kitchen comes with everything you’ll need to whip up gourmet feasts during your stay. The indoor dining table is beautiful in rustic wood, with space for up to 10 guests. Another table is available for festive island feasts just outside the door, commanding stunning views over the water.
Bedrooms: There are 8 bedrooms at Villa Emerald Cay, making it an ideal choice for a getaway with the extended family or large group of friends. Each comes with its own ensuite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and opulent furnishings. Collapsing into the plush beds at the end of each day is divine.
The master suite is the star of the show, spread over two levels and featuring unparalleled views. There’s also a spacious bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, an extensive walk-in closet, and an upstairs workspace.
Two of the bedrooms are in a standalone guest house, perfect for those seeking a bit more privacy and seclusion. It’s beautifully finished with cut stone, ample living spaces, and a hardwood spiral staircase.
Another two bedrooms are in the boathouse, also with its own private living area.
Outdoor Features: Emerald Cay Villa boasts several beautiful and serene outdoor living spaces, from its two adjacent swimming pools to relaxing lounge areas in the sun overlooking the sparkling turquoise waters.
In the center of the villa is a sheltered interior lagoon with a beach, volleyball court, and a little rock island that can only be reached by a rope bridge; one of the many features that kids will love.
Also located in the estate are several more pocket beaches, each offering its own unique atmosphere. The southern coast overlooks the turquoise waters of Caicos Banks, while the western and northern beaches are sheltered, calm, and shallow and face towards Chalk Sound. The estate also has a two-slip dock, the perfect spot for chartered vessels to land.
Easily accessible from the villa is the exquisite Chalk Sound National Park and Frenchman’s Creek Nature Reserve, adding to the array of activities. In each, you’ll love the chance to explore the beautiful coastline, hidden beaches, and quiet cays via kayak or paddleboard.
The villa also comes with a full staff of butler, housekeeper, and private chef cater to your every need, making sure you won’t need to lift a finger during your stay.
