Casa Yakunah holiday rental villa is a low impact house which draws almost all of its energy from its environment. Since there is no “grid†in the reserve, solar, wind, and rain create the energy needed to provide guests modern conveniences while still being immersed in nature.

IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION:
- 50% Deposit is due at time of reservation.
- 50% Balance is due 45 days in advance of reservation.
- Deposits are non refundable if reservation is cancelled within 70 days of arrival.
- For reservations made within 70 days of stay, balance due in full.
- A refundable security deposit of $1000 may be added at time of booking.
- 16% Government VAT Tax plus a 5% Service Fee added to nightly rate.
- This is a non smoking villa. Smoking is not allowed indoors including bedrooms and bathrooms. Violation of this policy will result in a $500.00 usd per day cleaning fee.
- The fee for small pets under 20 lbs is $250 per week.
