The villa rests between the Caribbean sea and the cool waters of the Chunyaxche lagoon together with another 2 more lagoons, there are antique canals made by the Mayans, these canals used to connect the Tulum Archaeological site to other sites in land.

It takes 2.5 hours approximately from Cancun airport to get to Casa Nalum and 30 minutes to get to Tulum town depending of the time of the day and the road conditions.
