Vaulted ceilings, tile floors and fully furnished granite-top kitchen are open and airy to the living area with easy access to the freshwater pool and stunning beach across the residential drive. Just open the sliding doors in the living room and pool table area to bring the ocean sounds right inside, while enjoying the ocean view. Request fresh and spectacular Cozumel meals at an additional cost prepared by Villa Las Uvas’ on-site staff or enjoy your own creations, served on a gorgeous imported granite-top dining table, which can seat up to 14 guests when also using the granite-top bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with sink disposal, oven, microwave, fresh drinking water, freezer/refrigerator, blender, and all other essential kitchen utensils. The main level also has a bedroom located right across from the gym, which accommodates 4 guests amongst two full-sized beds. The main level also offers a full bathroom, which is located between the gym and the 1st floor bedroom. The grand stairway leads from the spacious dining room to four large bedrooms on the second level. Breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views from 3 of the bedrooms, and a different color theme for each room adds to the homey uniqueness of the Villa. The fourth bedroom has an amazing view of the Manglar (Cozumel wild life). This Villa incorporates all the features you “wish” other Cozumel rentals offered. Just because you are on vacation, you do not have to miss out on your daily workout routine. A fitness room complete with a universal weight machine (no free weights), an aerobic bicycle, and view of the ocean are available for your use at any time. After completing your workout, just step outside to the sparkling pool. The master-king suite features an orthopedic king-sized bed, Luis XV furniture, a private balcony, and private bathroom. Enjoy the beautiful ocean, sunset and swimming pool views from bed or the private balcony. A table and 2 chairs complete the suite. The queen suite and the 4th bedroom share the full bathroom, which is located in the hallway between the two rooms.
