Its elevated position affords guests amazing panoramic views from almost every angle. The interiors are modern and pared back, designed in rich woods and natural material to bring warmth and charm. The open-plan living areas easily accommodate 10 adults and four children. Vaulted ceilings and huge windows flood the space with light during the day and by night, it becomes a sophisticated spot in which to enjoy drinks with friends and stare out as the mountain darkens. At one end of the main living area is a large seating space to relax in with corner sofas; at the other is a contemporary kitchen where you can warm your chef’s meals or spend time cooking yourself with local and seasonal ingredients. Between them is a modern dining space with statement chairs gathered around a refectory-style table. While the open-plan rooms are wonderful for gathering in with friends and family, Chalet Spencer also offers plenty of space to break out, too.
