Las Uvas one bedroom unit’s south shore location is the prime spot to enjoy one of the largest coral reef formations in the world! Enjoy the snorkel and divers heaven, as well as other water sports such as kayaking and sailing. These activities are accessible at Uvas beach or a 10 minute drive into downtown Cozumel. The Chankanaab National Underwater Park is also a short 15 minute walk away. FOR LARGE GROUPS YOU CAN ALSO RENT THE BRAND NEW UVAS II CONDOS AS BEAUTIFUL AS THE HOME AND RIGHT NEXT DOOR. THEY CAN ACCOMMODATE AN ADDITIONAL 14-18 GUESTS!!!! FOR A GROUP TOTAL OF 30 GUESTS!!!!!

May 1- December 14: $129/night, up to 4 guests.
December 15- April 30: $149/night, up to 4 guests
Christmas/New Year’s (December 19-January 5): $258/night, up to 4 guests.
Thanksgiving (November 24- December 1): $149 /night, up to 4 guests
Rates do not include 22% local fees.
Christmas/New Year’s and Thanksgiving require 7 night minimum
