– This home has abundant ceiling fans and fabulous ocean cross breezes. It is not centrally air-conditioned but the two Master bedrooms upstairs have air conditioning via split units and all the other rooms either have portable air conditioning units. The gym is fully air conditioned.
– Each guest of every party must sign a release and waiver due to the unique nature of the property.
– Standard occupancy is 16 guests. Maximum occupancy is 18. Extra guest fees apply to guests 17-18.
