Privacy is the key word for villa Victoria – private infinity pool, private sea access, private Davis Cup sized tennis court, private chapel, private boules court and private Relais et Chateau chef. The estate has magnificent grounds with sculptures, olive groves, bountiful local flowers, a protected Roman tank and multiple places to sit and take in the natural beauty. The extensive grounds include an olive grove, a Roman tank, which is protected by Greek laws on antiquities, and several large outdoor sculptures.
An infinity swimming pool faces the sea, and has a large terrace on three sides, with a dining area seating 12 and barbecue under pergola. There is also a bathroom with changing area and shower. A platform gives access to swimming in the sea. A large terrace off the living room and dining room, also sea facing, has an additional outdoor dining area. Away from the house, on a hillside, is a Davis Cup size tennis court, with an adjacent boules court. There is also a croquet lawn. The steepness of the grounds makes the property unsuitable for unsupervised small children.
The property consists of a main villa and a cottage.The vast six-bedroom villa is filled with artwork. It also boasts a games room with antique billiards table and a library with a grand piano. The living room is surrounded by sea views and has a six hundred year old fireplace. Each of the six bedrooms in the main house has an en suite bathroom and private balcony or terrace.
The large living room, with its 600-year-old fireplace and sea views on three sides, is furnished with large, comfortable sofas and fine art. The well-stocked library has a Boston Steinway grand piano, broadband wireless internet connection, fax and printer, and opens to a large balcony with sea and mountain views.
On the lowers floors, there is a games room with billiards table and satellite TV, opening to the pool area on one side and a patron and the garden on the other. There are three superb bedrooms on the top floor, all with balconies and views, and three on the lowers floor, which open to patios and the garden. On the lowest floors, one sitting room has a fold out sofa with an excellent mattress.
The two-bedroom cottage, nestled under the tennis court, is 65m away and perfect for a small family. With its amazing style and incredible sea views.
