This is the best of the best! You will be in the lap of luxury with this professionally designed and decorated condominium at Residencias Reef Cozumel condos on San Francisco beach on Cozumel island. This spacious condo boasts 3400 sq. feet with a HUGE 1200 square foot wrap-around fully furnished marble-floored veranda that is accessible from every room!
You'll enjoy sweeping views of the sea, the beach, seaside pool and the beautifully landscaped grounds. The glorious beach and two swimming pools (heated in the winter months) are within two minutes from RR 6200. For divers and snorkelers, there is a private pier for boat pick-up. Also at the beach front are two freshwater rinse tanks for scuba/snorkel equipment and outdoor showers for salt and sand, as well as a recreational palapa with wetbar, refrigerator, bathrooms and WIFI. A short stroll south on the beach are several beach clubs with bars and restaurants, volleyball, water toys, jet ski rentals etc. A short stroll to the north is a small convenience store.
Inside are three spacious bedrooms and three marble baths with frameless glass shower doors, custom hardware and granite vanities. New rapid recovery water heater, large closets all with custom mahogany built-ins, luxurious custom marble floors and designer furniture decor throughout. The 18 floor-to-ceiling glass walls with sliding glass doors open to the expansive wrap-around veranda. This condo was updated with new air conditioning units in every room with individual remote control thermostats, plus ceiling fans throughout.
In the kitchen, a custom water pump connected to the refrigerator so purified cold water and ice is dispensed right from the frig. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, dishes, pots and pans, juicer, expresso/coffeemaker and all that you need. In addition, this unit has a washer and dryer, plus iron and ironing board.
Three bedrooms (one king and two bedrooms each with two double beds) feature comfortable, high end mattresses, bedding and linens. You'll sleep like a baby with Sealy mattresses, Lauren pillows (four on each bed plus extras), Laura Ashley collection blankets, and Hotel collection 500 thread count sateen sheets/pillowcases/covers, and comforter covers.
For kids, or outdoor enthusiasts, there is a blowup mattress (complete with mosquite netting!) for "camping" on the veranda!
There are two large flatscreen satellite Dish TVs with US programming (one in the living room and another in a bedroom). In addtion there is an ipod charger and player, stereo, DVD player with DVD library, wireless phones throughout and alarm clocks in all rooms. The condo is equipped with high speed Wifi internet; Wifi is also available at the beachfront pool. Ooma phone system offers free calls to the US, Canada and Mexico and has a US 847 area code number, thus easy to call/receive calls from the US. Board games, cards, chess and backgammon sets for fun.
