The expansive estate boasts indoor/outdoor living, access to a small secluded beach, a gym and daily housekeeping. Approaching the main entrance of the house, guests pass through a private garden and cross a small reflecting fountain on elongated stepping stones to reach tall, glass double doors. Enter the living area of the home to enjoy unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea straight ahead, and the garden behind, through floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area is spacious and open, with modern furniture that complements the home’s unique design. The formal dining table sits at one end of the open living area, closest to the kitchen, and offers stunning views of the ocean. Separated from the living area by a Kabukali wood accent wall, the kitchen offers professional grade stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and a sleek European design. Close to the kitchen is a media room with high-speed internet access, television and ample seating. Just outside the kitchen is a covered outdoor dining area – an ideal place to dine while enjoying the sounds of the surf and the breeze coming off the water. A built-in outdoor barbecue grill is located nearby. The spacious terrace features views of the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea and the island of St. Martin in the distance. A cozy swimming pool complements the design of the home, as does a separate spa tub. The sea is only steps away and an outdoor pool shower provides an area to rinse away the sand and salt water. Ascending the stairs to the second floor, guests encounter two master suites, and an additional two guest bedrooms. One of the master suites has a private balcony, perfect for soaking in the warmth of the sun. Both suites feature spacious walk-in closets and bathrooms. The villa’s fifth bedroom is located on the ground floor and is the only bedroom without ocean views. Each of the bedrooms features a private bathroom and contemporary furnishings that blend with the overall design of the villa.
