Chef & Butler Services

Event Fees

Casa Bellamar can accommodate weddings or special events for up to 100 guests. The event fees are as follows: 4 nights stay plus $7,500 for up to 50 guests, $10,000 for 50-75 guests, and $15,000 for 100 guests. These rates do not include taxes. A security deposit of USD 25,000 is required for events only.

Policies

Casa Bellamar has a no-smoking policy, both indoors and outdoors. A USD 500 penalty can be added for violations. Pets are not allowed. Events are permitted with an additional fee. All groups must have a member of 30 years of age as a signing renter.
