With 5 bedrooms in the Main House, 3 in the nearby Guest House, plus a free-standing cabana bedroom, groups of up to 22 people can be accommodated (the villa can also be rented with 5, 6 or 8 bedrooms.) Facilities include air-conditioned great room, media lounge and gourmet kitchen with terrace dining, additional kitchen and living room in Guest House, infinity-edge, bi-level, heated swimming pool; large hot tub; lighted tennis & basketball court; golf simulator room; private gym; 9-seat home movie theatre; watersports equipment; golf carts and much more. Panoramic ocean views and direct access to one of the most pristine and private beaches on Anguilla. Staffed with a full-time villa supervisor, butler, housekeeper and handyman as well as a part-time gardener, pool cleaner and on-call property manager & concierge. All rates include meet-and-greet, welcome refreshments, wifi, Netflix access, use of watersports equipment, telephone calls to the US, UK & Canada, villa pre-stocking service, personal laundry & use of golf carts and UTV. Heavenly Rates available on request and include a full-time chef, daily cooked breakfast, select open bar and ground transfers on Anguilla (once roundtrip).
