Cap Cana is a large, gated resort & residential community with a 24-hour gated entrance and security. Cap Cana is home to one of the best beaches in the Caribbean, including Juanillo Beach. You’ll find another great beach at Api Beach Club at the marina. This is a smaller beach situated in a cove by the mouth of the marina, and the beach club has a swimming pool, restaurant & bar ($).

Cap Cana is also home to the best golf course in the Caribbean – Punta Espada, a Jack Nicklaus Signature course with 9 holes playing along the ocean ($). This course is ranked the #1 golf course in the Caribbean by GolfWeek Magazine. The property is conveniently located about 9 miles from Punta Cana International Airport – just a short drive, and you’ll arrive at Villa Luxor. If you want to go off-property to explore the local area, the Punta Cana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Punta Cana are located right outside the resort. THE SPACE:

Villa Luxor is a stunning, one-of-a-kind 12-bedroom villa built on 4 levels. The property offers 14.000 square feet of seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces with the most impressive views of the Caribbean Sea – AND a private beach! With 12 Master bedrooms, all guests can enjoy spacious and luxurious accommodations during their stay. The villa has spacious outdoor areas with covered terraces and balconies with amazing ocean views. There is also an infinity pool, a large Jacuzzi, a beach bar, a pool bar, a game room, spa, gym, sauna and much more!

The decor is kept in a contemporary, minimalist style with elegant décor and furniture in light and neutral colors combined with a few touches of Caribbean style. The calmness of Villa Luxor will make you feel perfectly relaxed as if you were in your own, private sanctuary.

The outdoor areas of the villa are where you will spend most of your time. Everywhere you look, you will see the breathtaking Caribbean Sea and amazing sunsets in the evening!

MAIN FLOOR (2ND FLOOR) :

The majestic glass entrance will welcome you to Villa Luxor. The villa entrance is located on the 2nd floor.

On this floor you will find the infinity pool & Jacuzzi, which overlooks the private beach and ocean! This space also offers comfortable outdoor sitting areas, a bar with TV, an outdoor BBQ area, an outdoor dining- and living area and a professional kitchen.

There are 4 master bedrooms located on the 2nd floor of the villa. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, terrace/balcony, and smart TV.

DOWNSTAIRS (1ST FLOOR):

There are 2 master bedrooms on the 1st floor (ground floor) with direct walk-out access to the private beach. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, terrace/balcony, and smart TV.

On this floor, you will also find the sauna, fitness room, spa, half bathroom, and a gazebo with seating for 20 people. The most spectacular feature on the 1st floor (ground floor) is the private beach, which only guests staying at Villa Luxor can enjoy! Soak up the sun in complete privacy, swim in the ocean, and enjoy a refreshing cocktail from the beach bar – this is a true paradise!

UPSTAIRS (3RD FLOOR):

The last 6 master bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor of the villa. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, terrace/balcony, and smart TV. On this floor, you will also find the game room, which has a roulette table, a poker table, a bar area, and a unique U-shaped Arabic sofa set with seating for 12 people.

ROOFTOP TERRACE:

The top floor of Villa Luxor is the rooftop terrace with impressive views of the ocean.

VILLA STAFF:

When you stay at Villa Luxor, you’ll have a private chef, a butler, a bartender, and 2-3 maids included. Your chef will prepare all meals to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The butler will assist you and the staff, serve drinks & food, etc. The bartender is your best friend and will keep you hydrated and refreshed with a variety of cocktails (beverages are not included). The maids will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens. Some villa staff lives on the property in their own staff rooms.

You’ll also have an English-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g., transfers, excursions, restaurant reservations, in-house massages, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. If you have not booked these before your arrival. Your villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa and will be available throughout your entire stay.
