We jumped at the chance to offer guests their own villa on the north end of Seven Mile Beach, a rare luxury at this world-famous destination and made an offer on this Caribbean charmer on the spot. Since then, we have been hard at work bringing breezy, modern design to this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home with sea views around every corner.

Ten guests will find private comfort in four bedrooms, including a queen-size master suite with panoramic views and its own bathroom that can be also be shared with other guests. A king-size bedroom, a full-size bedroom and a double-twin bedroom with two additional twin trundle beds all share a convenient hallway bath. Each of these upstairs rooms has access to a sweeping sea-facing balcony. A queen sleeper sofa in the sprawling first-floor open-plan living and dining area provides additional room from the whole family.

There is a 13% govt tax, 12.91% resort fee and 3.5% administrative fee on the total (base rent plus 13% plus 12.91% plus 3.5%)
