A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival on Anguilla.90 days for the holidays. Cancellation Fee Policy: More than 60 days prior to arrival 25%, less than 60 days 50%. More than 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas/New Years holiday 25%, less than 90 days 50% of total rental fee.
