At the entrance of Ali’i Point #9 is the tastefully manicured koi pond and serenity fountain to usher you into your relaxing vacation. From the initial foyer and walkway, you enter the cohesive living room, dining room, lounge area, and gourmet kitchen. With plenty of ceiling fans and large sliding doors to let in the tropical breeze, this is the perfect place for your entire group to lounge and socialize throughout the day and long into the night. The spacious kitchen is outfitted with several stainless steel appliances, gorgeous Koa wood cabinetry, polished granite counters, a large central island, access to the back lanai (patio), incredible ocean views, and access to the other living areas. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a large table fit for up to 8 guests, as well as the lounge area with 4 comfortable captains chairs and a large coffee table for guests to enjoy. The living room next door is equipped with 2 large couches and a smart TV, with immaculate ocean views abound. To the side is a half bathroom for guests’ convenience.

The 2nd Bedroom is equipped with a King bed and the 3rd Bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed both come furnished with Smart TVs, AC, ceiling fan, ocean views, and attached ensuites with walk-in showers.

Please note that this home is located in a small, upscale, quiet subdivision with strictly enforced noise rules. The infinity pool, rock wall, and location of the bedrooms may not be suitable for children. Additionally, the pool at this property is solar heated and is heated when the weather is conducive from 9 am to 6 pm. If the solar panels are not exposed to direct sunlight, the hot tub will be at the same temperature as the pool. This property features A/C in sleeping areas only.
