This beautifully appointed Villa Bella Vita with over 10,000 sq. ft of living space, includes 7 bedrooms, 8 ½ bathrooms, a large living room, a dining room, and a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, the villa also features a media room, a fitness room, and a roof-top terrace with summer kitchen. The seven-bedroom suites each have en-suite luxury bathrooms, six have king-size beds and the seventh has 2 full-size beds. Villa Bella Vita is eco-conscious, powered entirely by solar energy during the day and Tesla Powerwall technology in the evenings.
