This lower-level corner unit with no stairs, 3101 Kumukehu has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a total of more than 2,800 square feet of tranquil vacation living space with fine finishes such as koa cabinetry and stone flooring. The ocean and golf course-view primary suite, separated from the other bedrooms for privacy, boasts a private lanai and an en suite bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks, and heavenly outdoor shower garden. A second bedroom offers its own lanai, along with two twin beds which can be converted to a king bed upon request and another en suite bath with deep tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. Access to Resort amenities is available to our guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions. From 2025 to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests can opt-in for Resort access for a minimum of 2 consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from our company and does not control the administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. After your reservation with our company is confirmed, we will provide the Resort with your contact information.
